Depending on how serious you are about achieving your full potential, we have a range of options for you.
First, if the neuroscience of peak performance is new to you, or you are just here for general information, please check out our blog or YouTube channel. These are both full of free information and actionable tips which you can start applying today.
However, if you’re serious about achieving your full potential and you want to achieve it as quickly as possible, you may wish to consider a more structured approach (after all, we’re here for accelerated performance!)
So, which option is best for you?
1:1 Coaching
The objective of our coaching service is to help you achieve positive change in your life. This could be in your personal life, your business, or both. Most of our clients have a clear goal, objective or desire that they wish to achieve and our objective is to help them achieve this as quickly as possible.
The coach’s role is not to provide you with all of the answers but to help you arrive at the desired outcome yourself, through a series of discussions, questions and exercises.
Who is this ideal for?
Our 1:1 coaching service offers maximum flexibility so it’s probably best for those who are short on time. You can book sessions for a time that suits you and you can book as much or as little time you need.
Alternatively, if you are very clear on what you want to achieve and are looking for maximum results as quickly as possible, we can arrange an intensive session. Intensive sessions are designed to help you make as much progress as possible as quickly as possible.
Who is this not the best choice for?
If you don’t have a clear goal, objective or desire in mind, that’s no problem. This is something we can discuss in a coaching session. However, most people prefer to take their time over this so instead, you may wish to consider our APC Advanced Training System.
Coaching is challenging (for both us) but very rewarding. If you’re not prepared to put in the work and be held accountable for the commitments you make, coaching is probably not the best option for you. Again, take a look at the APC Advanced Training System so that you can work at your own pace.
How does this work?
We’ll start with a free discovery call. The objective of this is to find out what you want to achieve from the coaching sessions and ensure that we’re a good fit for each other. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions you have about the process.
After the call, I’ll design a custom programme for you, setting out how we can achieve your desired outcome. If you like the sound of the programme we can get started, but if not, no problem. There’s no commitment and you’re free to walk away.
APC Advanced Training System
If you’re looking to build a high flow lifestyle or are aiming for peak performance in any area of your life, our APC Advanced Training System is a great place to start.
This is advanced training, but you don’t need any prior experience or scientific knowledge to get the best out of it. You just need a willingness to learn and apply the tools, tactics and protocols we provide for you.
Who is this ideal for?
The APC Advanced Training System is ideal for anyone who likes to work at their own pace, or who perhaps needs the flexibility to start and stop the training to fit in around family and other commitments.
The tools, tactics and protocols work at a neurobiological level so they are equally applicable to anyone or any situation. So, if you know you haven’t reached your full potential yet and you want more out of life, but you’re not quite sure what direction to go in, this is a great place to start.
Who is this not the best choice for?
If you need someone to keep you accountable and on track, you’re probably not going to see the best results from this system.
How does this work?
When you sign up you will have immediate access to the first week’s materials so you can get started straight away. You will watch a series of videos and work through the related exercises. The following week, another set of videos and exercises will be unlocked.
Each week builds on the previous week so we encourage you to work through the videos and exercises in order. Everything is broken down into manageable, easy-to-follow chunks which you should be able to complete in a week. But, if you get behind or miss a week, don’t worry. This is designed as an eight-week course, but you can work through it at your own pace.
If you need any help implementing any of the protocols into your life, or if you have questions or simply wish to discuss anything, this system can be complemented with a series of 1:1 coaching sessions (which will need to be booked separately).
Corporate Training
The objective of our corporate training is to help you develop a peak performance culture and build high-performing teams. For individuals and teams within the business, we will look at ways in which they can:
- Increase productivity and creativity
- Increase collaboration
- Decrease stress and burnout
For the business itself, we will look at the culture and practices to ensure that it provides an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
Keynote presentations and one-off training sessions are also available on request.
Who is this ideal for?
Small businesses looking for a competitive edge, or larger organisations which work in small teams.
Who is this not the best choice for?
If your business has no or limited flexibility in the way you allow your employees to work, you’re not going to get the best out of them and our techniques simply won’t work.
How does this work?
We’ll start with a free discovery call. The objective of this is to find out what you want to achieve from training and ensure that we’re a good fit for each other. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions you have about the process. After the call, I’ll prepare a proposal outlining a bespoke training programme for your business. We may then have another discussion to ensure that it fully meets your expectations. If you like the sound of the programme we can schedule a time to get started on it, but if not, there’s no commitment and you are free to walk away.

How often should I have a coaching session?
This is a personal choice. For some people once a week is optimal but others prefer ad hoc sessions. It really depends on what you are trying to achieve and how fast you want to see the results.
I thought you were a lawyer? Now you’re a peak performance coach?
Yes, I’ve been a lawyer for over 20 years but that’s not all I have done. I have a science background, have run other businesses and have been training with the Flow Research Collective for the past few years. So, I’m now a fully certified peak performance coach too.
